Reservations can be made by the link below. Reservation by phone is only available in Japanese.

• * Child car seats and booster seats are in limited supply.

Pick-up locations

Pick-up guidance depends on the arrival location selected in your reservation.

Oki Airport Please proceed to the Oki Rent-a-Lease reception counter located inside Oki Airport. Our staff will be at the reception counter according to your flight arrival time, and your rental will start at Oki Airport.

Saigo PortWe will pick you up at OKI Rent-a-Lease Customer Waiting Area near from Saigo Port. Our transport service is shared with other customers. So after arriving Ferry or Fast Ferry, please come to this pick-up point as soon as possible.

Dispatching the rental car

We will not dispatch the rental car.

To customers who come to our office directly

Office Location

Please pay the basic rental fee at the time of rental.

Please bring an International Driving Permit.

Vehicles will not be rented to customers who can not show a valid driving license.

Rental charges can be paid by credit card or with cash.

Special offer

• If you rent the car for more than one week, 10% is taken off the price.

Check if there are any scratches or dents on the car with the shop staff.

The shop staff will hand over the damage check list, please keep it until returning the car.

Confirm how to operate

Please do not hesitate to ask the shop staff if you do not understand how to operate the car or GPS navigation system.

Fill the tank at the nearest gas station before you return the car.

• * If you do not, the prescribed fuel charge depending on mileage will be charged.
• * The shop staff will hand over the map of the nearest gas station at the time of rental.
• * In Okinoshima Town, business hours of gas stations are different on weekdays, Sunday and Japan Public Holiday. Please ask about it to the shop staff.

About extending your Rental Hours

Customers who wish to extend the rental period should contact the office in advance.

• * Please note that a prescribed penalty will be charged if you exceed your scheduled rental hours without contact.

Settle Your Payment after Return

If you extend your rental time or don't fill the tank at the nearest gas station, settle your payment after return.

The shop staff will check if there are any scratches or dents on the car.

* Be sure to take all of your belongings out of the car.

Return shuttle service

If you are leaving Oki by ferry or high-speed boat, please return the car to our Head Office. After the return procedure, we will provide a free shuttle service to Saigo Port or nearby hotels within about 5 minutes by car.

If you are leaving Oki by flight from Oki Airport, you can return the car at Oki Airport as an airport drop-off. Please confirm the return procedure with our staff at the reception counter on the rental day.

• ※ Be careful of your ferry or flight departure time. As a guide, return the car at least 40 minutes before departure for ferry/Fast Ferry, and 1 hour before departure for airplane.
